My parents are losing the house. I found out today, because I found the letter that they got in the mail. It says they will foreclose in 30 days if they do not recieve a certain amount of money. My dad lost his job and we could not make the payements. They have no money. How long do we have to get out after foreclosure? We are in Texas. I am really scared and my mom tends to lie or just not say anything when asked.
