Default I am waiting for Social Security check but facing foreclosure

I lost my job in June, 2008 for the second time in 3 years. I contacted my mortgage company and they refused to grant me a loan modification. I hired a company to negotiate for me. I receive a retirement check but it doesn't pay my bills that's why I worked on the job I lost for the last 7 years. I am 60 years old and don't want to lose my house. In 2 years, I will receive my social security check and will receive almost 1700.00 additional dollars. I need my months extended or my 10% interest rate reduced or my monthly payments cut in half for 3 years or until I find another job. I will begin substituting next week. I was making 79,000 plus receiving my retirement check. I am now receiving only my retirement check. I had to take a class, undergo a drug test and fingerprint clearance before I could qualify for substitute teaching.
