Started getting behind after taking out a second mortgage almost two years ago. Desperately need to lower interest rate on the second mortgage. Can make monthly payments just not what is delinquent. Want to start all over and keep my house first mortgage is through Wells Fargo and second is through HSBC. There were two deaths in the immediate family this past year. work hours were cut back. a lot of household repairs that had to be made. Cost of gas has tripled since we purchased this home 4 years ago and the increase in the cost of living are all factors in our current situation.
