Default husband lost job and making less

My husband and I bought our home in Texas in 2003. Shortly after, my husband lost his job and found another one which paid way less. We have been struggling since then. We filed for bankruptcy in 2005 and Countrywide took over our mortgage in 2006. We currently owe them $15,576.13. I have gotten in trouble with payday loans and have not been able to pay them every month. Today, we received a NOTICE of DEFAULT from their attorneys. My lawyer says she will call and see if their lawyers will work something out (I have no hope for this). The money we owe needs to be in their office by December 8th. Let me make this clear: my husband and I are now in a position to make our monthly payments from now on, but we do not have $15,000 to pay them to get current. We can afford to pay them now, we just do not have the 15,000 they need by December 8th
