Default Florida foreclosure: hard money lender question?

(help please)? I took out a loan on a property 50% LTV and wasnt able to make a payment for several months. A summary final judgment was issued and a representative from the lender told me that the house has already been foreclosed on. However, it has not been auctioned yet. How can I know that the foreclosure process has finalized?

Default Summary Judgment to foreclose in Florida

If there is a summary judgment that is the last stage in a judicial foreclosure and that hearing is when the sale date is set. Typically the foreclosure auction is set for 30-31 days after the hearing. There is still time to work out a plan but you are under the gun and you need a strategy if you want to stop the sale for saving or selling.
