Default foreclosure question?

i have a question about home foreclosure...-i have a home under my name and my aunts name on the title-on the loan, its only my aunts name and my name is not on it-we're not able to make the payments anymore so i guess its about to be foreclosedmy question is, if a home is foreclosed, do they seize any property or assets from you?and if they do, will they seize both from my aunt and myself (my name is not on the loan)?and if so, what can they seize? money in my bank account? cars? i'm sorry for the stupid questions but i'm a little worried. This is a house we don't live in. The house is actually located in Arizona.

if your aunt actually owns the house, then she is the one who is being foreclosed on.

They can take any collateral you (your aunt used) to co-sign with. Usually there is no collateral besides the down payment and the house you are living in. They give you an eviction/foreclosure notice and you and your stuff have to be out by that date otherwise you are trespassing. You can take your stuff. The foreclosures around here, the bank usually hires someone to come and toss everything in the trash and clean up the house to sell it.

basically, in my opinion, just like anything, something went wrong. but, the thing is, there was definitely and obviously still is a small detail somewhere in the tantalizing element to starting up the situation and signing the paperwork. this detail, if studied will have the answer to absolving and solving the problem. it seems you are both strong minded people so that is the worry, that with all the oversight and care, something will go wrong. but, I think you are probably a high achieving person that is worried more about a detail not working out that a full out mess.so just trust your intuition. and hope for the best. also, work your details out and don't worry about them. also, women are more likely to be severely and unbelievably duped, because men are duped as well but women can be more vulnerable.so sometimes the situation is predatory, however, you're doing the right thing. the only one that can help in a predatory situation is another predator that can think of a game plan. and the major cost here is your sense of well being, etc.look at it this way. no matter what comes out of this, it will work out for the better because this is sales. you shouldn't take it personal that your relative got caught up because they go for any and everyone. in some cases it's like telemarketing. it's also manipulation.so, even though it is this way, search for a support system. ie. there are apartments, obvious other ways, etc. that you can work out. this happens to a lot of people but you have to understand that it's the skill with which you roll with the punch that will help you.
