Hello,Right now I am facing foreclosure on my house and don't know what to do. My rates started increasing and I was unable to pay. But now I can pay the mortgage need to do a loan mod. But when I contact the lender directly they just kind of ignore me. I have sent the loan mod papers 3 times and they always stall me, we didn't get this, we didn't get that etc. I dont trust those companies that promise to negotite with the lender because the want about $3k upfront. Please give me some advice.
