Default Cost for fix-up foreclosure property?

I'm thingk buying a foreclosure house near down-town Atlanta for my son's fraternity in nearby College (Ga Tech). The house has 1,600 sf. The condition is not perfect. Somebody intentionally cut-off electricity lines around the master breaker box, and stole the outdoor AC unit. The power to and water to/from the water heater were broken. Besides, shower hardwares for both full-bathrooms were gone, and I need to install a new wash-sink. I need expert's opinion about a rough estimatation of the cost to bring them back to functioning. Thanks for your opinion.

You need to call a handyman in the area and get an estimate. You also should get a home inspection to see if you can identify any other problem areas, and I would ask the seller for a home warranty paid by them for a year.
