Default How does pre foreclosure work in Illinois?
My house is currently in pre foreclosure. The input date was June 6 2008. What is going to happen now? How long do I have before I have to actually leave the property? Am I going to have a sherif come in and give me a 30 day notice or anything like that? Please advise
