My 10 yr old son has a structure settlement. Need...

...to save my home from foreclosure. Can Icash a partial of it? I just need 5k to save my home from foreclosure. Can I cash a partial of my son's structure settlement. This was given yo him due to a dog bite case. Does anyone have any idea where I can get this question answer or get info on this?
