you can get any make from dea drug auction $40 dollars to get list of what there saling and where big one in pasadena ca. I've bought planes and luxury car from the one in tx. 10cents on the dollar good luck

You can find used Rolls Royces for that kind of money but they're gonna be 20 years old.Lambos and Ferraris...unlikely.Banks may have them available as repossessions but you will pay fair market value. Good louck finding one at that price point.

i dunno. But there are places where you can get a ferrari for around $30,000 but they are about 15 years old with parts that need to be replaced or fixed. I have seen some Ferrari sell for as little as $15,000 but they are real fixer uppers.
