Renting and in foreclosure process?
I’m renting a townhouse in California and just today when I got home I saw a paper on the door saying a foreclosure process has begun and the property will be sold this month. I don’t know what to do my landlord has not returned my calls and I just paid my rent. What will happen? I signed a lease agreement for a year and it will expire in March 09. Please help me with any info.
