My house in foreclosure and mortgage company is not wanting to work anything out. So i hav e arrangements to move but unsure as when i need to be out. I know it goes by state but couldnt find anything. Im in WV. I asked the mortgage person today, who was a real a$$hole about it all and he refused to tell me anything. Im not looking for a exact date. I simply asked if i need to be out before the foreclose date, on that day, or after that day. And all he would tell me is that they cannot release that information. I have not recieved any kinda of notifcation in the mail that the house is even in forclosure , just talked to them over the phone. I just want to know when to reserve my moving truck. They also change the date of forclosure everytime i call them. Any help would be appreciated! Thnx
