Politics of the Bailout of our banks. Did you know that no matter what happens to Wall Street Montana's Banking system will survive and will only be impacted in a way that will not jeapordize their daily operations. This is because when Montana bankers give out loans they not only scrutinize the documents the lendee produces and makes sure they can afford the loan, they also, look at the equity of the loan and make sure it is enough to cover the loan. Wall Street Bankers and those in Washington who have backed them due to greed have produced false numbers and equity values and have made this mess due to their ignorance and lack respect for fair and ethical buisness practices. (In other words their greed equalled criminal behavior) Montana's shouldn't be made to foot the bill for the unethecial business of others around the United States. Just because the government of the United States passed unethical and immoral business laws to support these actions doesn't make them right. Incomes in Montana are far below the national average and if we are made to increase our taxes due to this Wall Street blunder it only hurts Montanans worse then you high paid easterners. We have nothing to gain by this bailout except that we help our neighbors out. I think if Montana is involved in the bail out we need to receive more compensation then the others who have caused this mess or who have allowed it to happen in their neighborhoods. Americans, you are just as guilty of stealing from we Montanans as those Wall Streeters due to your in ability to make your politicians curb their greed. Your thinking is that if we have a senior Senator we will get more. I say that every Congressman and every Senator that have been on watch in Washington with terms longer then 4 years should be sent down the road. Their seniority hasn't done the average American any good. Their greed and their disrespect for the consumer blinded them and now we will be paying large taxes to "RICH WALL STREET MANAGERS". This proves my point that thinking if you have a senior Senator it will help your cause is false hope. Send a message to Washington this election and make it strong and don't allow any politician back in. You allowed this mess by your vote. Take responsibility America.

~Nah, his wife is rich so she'll keep paying the mortgages. Besides, she's going to be busy after the election baking some humble pie for John.

No he wasn't stupid enough to buy them on interest only for a few years like most of the other foreclosures.

No way, he pays his bills. Thank God he didn't buy them through Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac, because Obama, and Barney Frank cleaned them out. Democrat for McCain/Palin 2008.
