I am currently using ReTRan. Has anyone used this resource? Has anyone won a bid at a california foreclosure auction. If so, please tell me what all you must pay. Retran lists the loan amount and the loan date. Then under neath, it lists the default amount and the date of auction. So is the default amount the starting bid? Do I pay the loan amount too? Please educate me on what I pay if I am the highest bidder. Thank you very much ! xo
