...foreclosure..? I am in the process of interviewing for a retail management position, and I failed my background check because of a recent foreclosure on my home. The foreclosure was because of a divorce and I could no longer afford my home. Now the company that I am applying for is asking for "legal documentation" to prove why I foreclosed. My question is, what type of documentation are they looking for? I have perfect payment history other than the forclosure. Any advice would be appreciated!
