Default How do I find who has the note on a home that is in...
...foreclosure? I have looked up the county assessment office but it is all very confusing. what part of the assessment office do I ask?

Look for the recorder of deeds. You may be able to search for a property by address, but it woudl certainly help to have the P.I.N. (Property Identification number).
