Default question regarding tenancy and...

...foreclosure? if the duplex i rent gets sold in foreclosure and the bank which now owns it asks us to move , does that go as an eviction on my record?

no. i would not think so. you didn't do anything wrong...i mean as long as you had been paying your rent and all. your "eviction" is through no fault of your own.

no no no. more than likely the bank wont ask you to move. you may just start paying your rent to them. being that the real estate market is so bad that duplex probably wouldn't sell for long time anyway.
