Default Washington Mutual short sale help

Have ARM for $618,000-was late paying 2007 taxes so WAMU escrowed me raising my payment to $5,800.00 from $3,000. I sent them $10,000 to cover negative escrow. At that time I was just about 2 payments behind so they put $10,000 towards mortgage. since September I have sent them $24,000 to catch up. All I am looking to do is get my monthly payments back down. House has been for sale for 2 years at asking price of $799,900. Washington Mutual-situation has not changed as of present day.

You can probably qualify for a home loan modification. I work with a team of foreclosure specialist. We can help negotiate a complete loan modification for you with your lender.

Some things we can help negotiate is:
. Lower your monthly payments by reducing your loan balance, extending the term of your loan, reduce your interest rate, or reducing the late or back payments owed.

Its usually a 30-90 day turn around time, but our team has been very successful in helping people save their home and getting our clients a comfortable payment that they can realistically pay. We can also offer credit repair service to you as well.

we have a negotiator on our team that worked for WAMU in their loss mitigation department as a retention negotiator. He is our best negotiator and gets great deals with WAMU.
