I moved from Illinois to California, but I still own my home in Illinois and I'm very over drawn living paycheck to paycheck to pay the mortgage in Illinois and rent in California. I'm afraid that I won't be able to make the payments soon. I want to sell the house and at least break even if not make a few thousand dollars to pay off debts. I need to sell ASAP. This is my current situation, I need to sell before I can't make the payments anymore and get foreclosed. My mortgage is with Bank of America.
