[Short Sale Help]

Bank agreed to short sale and delayed making decision so went ahead with foreclosure notice, still trying to work out delay made 3 payments last week. Modification was denied so deferment pending. I have had property for sale for over 1 year tried to rent but person died. I moved out of this house and moved to current home. Have been paying 2 house notes and getting behind on everything. I do have a job put not making enough to pay 2 house notes. Need help bank not trying to help
