[Short Sale Help]

We have tried to sell our home for the past year but the home value has dropped and is no longer worth the amount we owe against it. We have relocated to a new town because of better jobs. Our income is lower than a year ago also. We cannot make our payments any longer. We have not missed a payment but are struggling to keep making them. We listed the house with a realtor about 3 months ago and have not had anyone interested in it.
