Short sale help in Arizona

I have a house and I rented a house and vacancy now. Since the mortgage payment, my credit card bill have been getting higher till maximum. and I can not afford anymore, especially the property is vacancy. I listed the property to have another renter, but i know this is my best choice at this point either. This house is only house i have, and I rent house apartment in California.
