Short sale help with HSBC
situation Some time in October 2007 after missing three mortgage payments I thought my property was going to be foreclosed on, and on the advice of real estate person I decided to sale the property and then moved out. The property did not sell,and i moved in again and still have the property for sale.The property did not sell. YES.FOR FEAR OF FORECLOSURE AND TO STABILIZE MY FAMILY I MOVED OUT OF THE PROPERTY.
