Default Short sale help in Greenville

I am self employed and due to the nature of the economy, business has slowed. I also mistakenly signed a loan with an ARM and my payments went from $788.80 to $1,092.00.
I would like to keep my house long enough to sell it.

Hi, Short Sale Help.

I'm not sure what the situation is with short sale help in South Carolina, but I've heard there are a lot of people in your situation.

For most people, educating themselves on procedures to handle short sales is the first step to saving your credit portfolio.

This doesn't really talk about a specific location, but I found a great blog that might help you. The title is "Why Short Sale."

What about an update from you? Any progress on getting a response from your bank or the government?

KC
