backed out of short sale, can i save?
I live in Bakersfield, California our last payment was on March 1st. We put the house on the market to short sale it. The banks were working with an offer and they were set to close escrow on 10/17. Today 9/29 they backed out of the loan. The bank had accepted the short sale, we had already signed papers and we were working together with the banks to sell. Now since the buyers have backed out of the loan, I was wondering, can we still save our house?
