I live in Fulton Georgia and was in a car wreck. Got behind on payments. Right now I can afford to pay 6 months but the past due is 8 months. Bank said NO! I had to pay all or it would go into foreclosure. I placed for sale. I have a serious buyer pre-approved and ready to buy condo. I sent all info to the bank including a copy of a check for 10,000 from buyer for a short sale. I was told it was in short sale status now. However I just found out my condo will actually be selling October 7th on the steps of downtown Georgia? Myself and my young daughter live there. I need IMMEDIATE HELP SHORT SALE HELP please. I can pay them all but 3 months and then cant catch up in 2 more months. They mishandled my case. They asked me to do things send papers in but they still are doing a foreclosure sale?
