We got up with option One and the slight of hand at closing provided different numbers than what we closed on. Had no choice agrred to adjustable arm-it has gone from $1366 with no taxes and insurance to $1800 with no taxes and insurance. We will sell or keep what ever we can do to get out of this mess.
