Saxon Denied my first loan modification application
I was denied my first attempt for a loan modification in April of 08 but was successful twice afterwards. I got approved Nov of 08 from an adjustable at almost 9% down to a 6.9% fixed for 5 years which was the introductory rate. As the economy seemed to crash so did my husbands income and I applied again for another loan modification because I knew there was room to improve since 6.9% was still a high rate. It took 35 days for them to approve me at 3.375% fixed for 5 years and I couldn't be any happier. Even though my home is still about $100,000 underwater, at least my payments are affordable and I can keep my home and hopefully homes will start to appreciate again. Keep the faith!

Also I wanted to add that I am a Realtor in Southern California and that is why I think I was successful in my loan modification applications
