Saxon mortgage is adjusting
Began having problems with the mortgage back in Dec of 07. Called Saxon in April to try and work out a solution. Told me I could do a modification. Filled out and faxed the financials that they requested. Contacted Saxon in early July to inquire on the process and was told our file had not been assigned. Told to fax our papers again. Ended up faxes our papers about 6 times, each time they told us they had never received them. They do not answer or return our calls about working on a modification. We filed a chapter 13 on August 19th to stop the auction which was scheduled on the 22nd. But our mortgage is due to adjust in January and we will not be able to pay a higher payment

You need to mail loan mod apps, too many apps are coming in and papers are getting lost.
