Saxon Help with Foreclosure
Our Lender Freemont went bankrupt and sold our loan to Saxon. During that deal 3 payments were lost. As I was working out those details my husband lost his job. Saxon promised us modification, we even hired an outside company but 9/2008 Saxon sold us to a bottom feeder co. called Kondaur.Kondaur does not service the loan. Either we agree to cash for keys or we find a new lender to help us buy our house back. the mortgage banks are locked here and we need a lender. We live in our house with our 3 kids and my 85 yr. old mom. We currently make steady 10K a month and our home is worth 300K. If you can help us please call.
