We have tried since January to get a payment plan underway, was assigned to someone - I only found out through calling them, never received a call or letter and that person is no longer with the company. - we were affected by hurricane Rita in 2005 and have relocated to Texas in 2005. Yes, we are set to close on selling our property on Nov. 3, and I found out that we now owe $89,000 on a loan that was $80,000 - and the principle is around 78,000 - all we want is to get the interest waived before we close - this is causing a hardship on us as we are not going to have enough money for a down payment on a new home with the interest and other fees they have added to this loan - it's Saxon Mortgage Services.
