Default Short Sales & Flips

I come across a lot of short sale deals as a licensed salesperson and I wanted to know if I could be the end buyer of the short sales and rehab and sale these properties. Would that be unethical or illegal in any way? I practice in MD and I do not market to people facing foreclosure.

Default realtor short sale

there is no ethical issue, you are entitled to purchase homes whether or not in distress. You are held to a different standard so disclosures must be done but you can do short sales. It surprises me all of the realtors doing short sales and content with their 2.5 %. Way to think outside of the box and make some real coin helping homeowners.
