Currently we do 2 houses a month. My partner did rehabs full time for 5 years prior to us meeting. Ive been doing short sales, loss mitigation, rehabs, property management and was a Realtor for a time during the last 9 years.

Any questions on Rehabs Im glad to help out.

when doing a rehab, what kinds of formulas do you run to maximize resale value and minimize rehab investment? Friends have said that kitchen rehabs add a lot to the value of the house but bathrooms end up being very expensive. Is that your experience? Any other tips?
