Loss Mitigation for SunTrust Bank need help?
Have to write a letter to Loss Mitigation at SunTrust Bank explaining why I'm behid and send in a one Month Pay Stud showing my rate was reduce. Can anyone tell me what they wrote or how they got the Loss Mitigation Dept. to Reduce their rate or change their term. I have a 30yr. fix my is 6.5. Been laidoff last year but back at work at a lower payrate.
