Default Re: is heartland loss mitigation a legitamate company?

here is a copy of email we sent to one of the owners

approximately 1year and 2 months ago we began making payments to "heartland loss mitigation" ,contact Janelle. she was going to help us with a loan mod....well it's been about 3000.00 and over a year with the last two months of them taking out extra payments (by accident of course) without a refund, to date there has been no progress and janelle is extremley rude. we will be contacting a lawyer to see what our legal rights are. by the way i would be ashamed to admit i owned "Heartland Loss Mitigation". My poor brotherinlaw is a single parent who has custody of his 7 year old daughter and his 19 yr old son who he is putting through college with no help from his exwife at all. everyday he worries of losing his house because they are foreclosing on him.....thank you for nothing and you can believe whatever you want when your employee janelle begins her defense, she is arrogant and possesses very little customer service skills. if you want to call me i would love to talk xxxxxxxxx. randy has gave up on yall. we could never get janelle to call us at a specified time so that i could hear her response, although she knew that my brotherinlaw wanted me to help him because he wanted another to hear about something so important as his children's home. Unfortunately janelle was very nice upon trying to get us to use them. And sadly i was the one who fell for it and gave the go ahead to my brotherinlaw to use yall. Cindy
