Need a contact from the loss mitigation department at...

...GMAC? I need a name of a person to contact at the loss mitigation department of GMAC Mortgage company i have 2 loans i needed modified one of them has been done but i can't seem to get any thing done with GMAC please help. I have all that's needed i just need an actual contact.
