Phoenix AZ a real modification company? I have a home in Indiana in foreclosure. I received a call from this company Loss Mitigation Solutions in Phoenix. They seem very professional and work for an attorney I believe but the proposal they put together seems too good to be true. You know the ole saying and there are so many dishonest people out there especially doing this loan mod thing. Please please can I get some feedback??!!

You should be!! I cannot tell you what this company is. I do not know of them. I will tell you that if they claim to be working for an attorney it is quit possible that are looking to charge you a fee to refer your business to the attorney who will in turn require another fee to do a loan mod for you.

If you are looking for a loan mod, your best choice is to trust the 1 person in the world you trust the most ... Yourself!!

You Do Not have to pay for a loan modification. and you Do Not need someone to "do it for you".
AND it is not that difficult, IF you have the knowledge.

So where do you get it?
