-Lucritive? Hi All,
I was looking into a career in Loss Mitigation in California. I was wondering if and professionals could give me background info ( or point me to informative website) on the career and how the pay out is in general ( i.e commission based? Fees? Salary based?) I currently have RE license with the state of California. Is there any other training or requirements in joining this career? What is the general daily workload? Thank you for your time. |

Tanya,
If you are going to work for a lender ie, To view links in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. Your post count is 0 momentarily., WAMU Countrywide... First off you will have to forgo your license, they do not allow real estate professionals. One great point is right now there is plenty of job security. Pay is a little light but good benefits. Work Load is outrageous and growing there is unlimited overtime. I worked for a lender and there are definitely better jobs out there.
