Mutual Loss Mitigation Department.....they are impossible to dealwit? They are causing me to loose the buyer I have for my short sale!!! They are impossible to deal with and will not put on a supervisor for me or my lawyer.

welcome to short sale heaven, there are so many buyers that walk on short sales. You and everyone else is frustrated and there is not much you can do. It is an unfortunate situation but happens everyday.
