...investigation for bad loss mitigation practices? I received a disturbing anonymous call stating if I am doing business with this company to bail out now. I paid them to do handle a loan mitigation with my mortgage company to give me options to catch up on my past due. An arrangement is in the works, and I'm just curious if this could have been a call from a disgruntled employee. I'm not really sure what to think at this point. I did check out the company on the better business bureau before contacting them. Does anyone know any information about something with this company?

I am not familiar with them but have you been in contact? Ask them what happened and listen to what they have to say. I do not know how anyone else know if you were working with them or not so call them and ask and it is probably a disgruntled employee. You can contact us if you need help but check it out first.
