About the Loss Mitigation Manual

I posted an earlier topic concerning the loss mitigation manual, I'm currently in the market of possibly purchasing the manual. I was just wondering do you guys offer any refunds on the manual?

I just finished my first reading of the manual and to answer your question re a possible refund, it all depends on your level of experience. I have a few years experienced in real estate and this is one of my best buys. It's the only time I feel I got the better part of the bargain to the point that instead of a refund I feel I owe. That’s not to say it's perfect. I am in CA and I expect to have to modify to make it work with the most consumer oriented state laws in the USA. It will make you ache to get started! I only ask because I have a loss mitigation manual from US Loss Mitigation and really didn't want the same type of material if i was to purchase the manual

I have not seen their manual but I can tell you they do not have the insider edge, they use a girl that is very experienced at repeating the words "File Bankruptcy". The US Loss makes their money on doing your deals, we teach the entire process and we prefer you to do your own deals but we will do it for you if you would like. In addition to he manual you get you also get access to others like you that are working deals and we are working on everyone laying out their deals.
