Default Mitigation in Illinois

Are there any particular laws I should be aware of for starting up in Illinois? I have been searching the web and can not find any information.

Default Loss Mitigation Help

the biggest law in this business is not to get in unless you have some training (you need to know options), the next law is do the right thing and do not scam anyone.

I'm not looking to scam anyone.
I've been in the real estate industry for 28 years.
I got interested in this avenue because of the financial difficulties my brother-in-law is having and thought maybe I could help him & others.
Maybe I should have worded the original post better.
I am looking to find out if there are any special quirks to the laws in Illinois for the start up and if there is any special bonding required.
