can I ask a question? why don't I seem to get any answers? I asked last week how I can get some fast training in loss mitigation... is there a manual ? I love this site, I would love to open up a loss mitigation business and offer my services to attorneys & banks. can you please give me your thoughts & advice on this? I went to school for paralegal, and have been a subprime mortgage broker for 8 years.... really think this is where it is at and think my area needs it..... Please help!!!!

Jo Dee,
We will have a loss mitigation manual created shortly and get you up and running. If you have specific questions ask, we will help.

Default Michigan foreclosure rates

It is true, we get many many leads in Michigan and business is increasing everyday. We will also be offering websites for mitigators to help in lead generating. We guarantee Page 1 listing on Google for your city and that is not Pay-Per-Click.

awesome I can't wait - beating my head against a wall right now - I just want to make sure I do it right and not get anything wrong or do the wrong thing - there is a lot going on here so I am excited- kind of like a horse waiting for the gait to open - it seems like everywhere I go, people are talking about it. it's the circles I run in. I am a paralegal, that has been brokering mtgs for 8+ years... I think it is my turn to help but want to make sure I am doing the right thing... anxiously waiting like a little kid at Christmas
