...Consultant? Im interested in learning more about being a Loss Mitigation Consultant which help individuals from going into foreclosure. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion to where I should start looking or if anyone is in this career right now. I from North Carolina, USA. Thanks

We will be providing loss mitigation training shortly I know it is getting old hearing and you want it now. Be careful in North Carolina because the law is down on foreclosure assistance. You will need to do similar to California and present the payment as a deposit and not a fee. The fee can only be collected after the work has been done, good luck on that whole thing, after the work is done.
