I am a realtor, so needless to say my income was great, and now not great. I was in the modification with Litton Loan Services and then after 6 months of making the modified payment they denied me. I tried then with NACA, they were helping me and suddenly just stopped. I have been trying to work with Litton now and am getting no response. Due to my company having budge issues, overtime has been cut and we are being forced to take 40 hours of furlough.* We are not yet to the point of Foreclosure but not sure how much longer I will be able to pay the mortgage, I tried to refinance but the house is no longer being appraised for what we owe on it.* We are having to use credit cards to pay for groceries and other bills.* I am in the process of going to HUD counselor to see if they can help us but I would like to work with my lender which is OCWEN.* My husband and I are also considering doing credit counselor and lowering our credit card debt.
