In the Order of Disbarment Robsinson states that “I am aware that there is a formal complaint against me filed by the State Bar before the Disciplinary Hearing Commission alleging that I knowingly made false representations on HUD-I settlement statements prepared by me in violation of federal law; concealed from my lender clients the true facts as to what occurred at real property settlement closings; engaged in conflicts of interest; and facilitated fraudulent loan transactions.
I acknowledge that the material facts upon which the investigation is predicated are true.
I am submitting my resignation because know that if disciplinary charges were predicated upon the misconduct under investigation, I could not successfully defend against them.”
