Default Bankers helped kill stiffer mortgage rule proposals

The Bush members and admin did not follow up on proposed crackdowns on no-money-down loan, interest-only loans many years before the economy begun the collapse, the buckled to pressure imposed to some of the same banks that have since failed. They ignored warnings that were indicators of the financial meltdown, according to an Associated Press review of regulatory documents. Was Bush a good president or common criminal?
