I purchased my home in July, and lost my job in Oct. I was unable to secure another position until July, only to lose that position in Oct. Both of these positions were at a regional level in healthcare, and unfortunately this industry hits hard times like all others, and my positions were actually eliminated to cut costs. I have just now started a new position in a different sector of the industry and have a VERY stable position as Chief Nursing Officer. I had to live off my savings for all but 7 months of the past 30 months, which is extremly difficult for anyone to do successfully. my mortgage company is awful to work with, and I have reached the point where I do not see any light at the end of the tunnel.** Nation Point is the mortgage company.
