...what titles do each of us have? I made the company called "Punchline Comedy Inc." which makes Comedy nights in our town and I made this company myself and had a successful gig at the theatre in my town, Recently my friend has joined it and now we own it 50/50. I was wondering though what would our titles in the company like "Manager""Owner" and "CEO" etc.? I was wondering cause Im drawing up a contract for a few of my comedians and was wondering what I should put under my name and my friends so they know what our positions are in the company? Thanks
